Abstract
18th January, 2005: Another sunny day in Palo Alto, California but Duncan Covington, Vice President of Supply Chain Services at IQ wasn’t feeling so optimistic. Covington had just received an urgent email from the IQ’s CEO, Lewis Spatt which demanded action. The message was addressed to the Senior Executive Team, which consisted of the top 20 managers at IQ.
