Abstract
"This case has been written for Masters students to help them improve their cross cultural analysis of professional contexts and discover how to solve them. The case revolves around the difficulties faced by Sam, a HR manager at Comput'in, a Dutch industrial company undergoing internationalization. Indeed, while she is on a business trip, tensions emerge within her multicultural team and she has to repair the damages remotely. After reading the opening section, students answer the questions and decide how best to save the business. This case not only deals an international HRM issue, but also the notions of multicultural team management and remote team management."
