Abstract
This study aim to analyse the influence of experiential education on students' experiential value. An instrument was developed on the base of the strategic experiential module (Schmitt, 1999) to measure how the experiential education perceptions of students influence their experiential value. Data were collected throughout questionnaires conducted with 155 students. The sampling of the study is final year student at the Department of Business Administration in Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Ege University in Izmir and Yeditepe University in Istanbul. The results reveal that experiential education has positive influence on students' experience and education could be a fun to the students. the managerial applications for the university administrations and suggestions for the future research are discussed in details.
