This issue examines how organizations innovate to meet evolving social demands, strategic uncertainties, and ethical challenges. Drawing from diverse sectors, the contributions highlight mechanisms for responsible and sustainable innovation, including leadership, dynamic capabilities, and inclusive collaboration. The studies emphasize the need to manage innovation with foresight and resilience. Building on these insights, future research should explore ethical governance, digital equity, and human capital dynamics to better understand how digital business models can foster inclusive and impactful societal outcomes.
