Abstract
Hybrid Warfare challenges the firms' perception and handling of risk, as it sits in a domain foreign to corporate actors (be them legal counsels or C-Suite people) and in-between minor risks, handled through compliance, and major risks (such as climate change). Although rules of war do not apply to hybrid warfare threats (on purpose), it remains that they change the rules of the environments in which corporates evolve. This article advocates for closer monitoring of hybrid warfare incidents within the business and legal communities.
