Abstract
Les facteurs déterminant l’échec ou le succès des projets d’innovation peuvent se répartir en trois catégories : les facteurs techniques, les facteurs commerciaux et les facteurs internes. Après avoir présenté rapidement les risques associés à ces trois catégories, ce document détaille les conditions nécessaires au succès en formant quatre grappes de conditions associées à chacune des trois catégories. Ainsi se dessine un modèle simple, complet et facilement mémorisable des conditions à réunir pour assurer le succès d’un projet d’innovation., The factors explaining the failure or the success of innovation projects can be sorted between three categories : the technical factors, the commercial factors, the internal factors. After a quick review of the risks associated to these three categories, the paper emphasizes on the conditions for success. These conditions can be found into fours clusters related to each category. As from here, a simple and complete model appears which makes easy to remember the conditions to be gathered to lead an innovation project to success.
