Ajay is an Associate Professor of Business Analytics at EMLYON Business School, France. Ajay’s research examines how users engage with online social platforms and AI systems to better understand the influence of these technologies on user behavior and human–AI interaction. His work broadly addresses behavioral and psychological issues related to IS at both individual and organizational levels. His research has appeared or is forthcoming in prestigious academic journals (FT-50/UTD-24/ABS-4*/AIS Senior Scholars' List of Premier Journals) such as Harvard Business Review, California Management Review, Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), Journal of the Association for Information Systems (JAIS), Production & Operations Management, Journal of Operations Management, Manufacturing and Service Operations Management, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Information Technology (JIT), European Journal of Information Systems (EJIS), Decision Support Systems, British Journal of Management (BJM), Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM), and Decision Sciences.
Ajay currently serves as an Associate Editor for several prestigious journals, including Management Science (UTD24), INFORMS Journal on Computing (UTD24), Information Systems Journal (ABS/AJG-4), and Decision Sciences (ABS/AJG-3*). Previously, he has also held guest associate editor role for special issues in journals, including INFORMS Journal on Computing, Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, and Information Systems Frontiers.
