I am a PhD student in Management and Organization Studies, with research interests in technology and strategy. My 11 years of professional experience across the public sector, multinational corporations, and startups have shaped my perspective on diverse organizational contexts. My research interests are anchored in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and organizational theory. Previously I have examined how AI impacts the Indian white-collar workforce with employee level surveys and interviews. Currently I am exploring inter-firm relations in AI technology industry with ML methods.
