I am an international lawyer at both Venice and Lyon Bar Associations, specialised in international business and contract law with a flair for Digital Business Law.

My practice focuses on international commercial contracts (sale and distribution contracts, commercial agency and licensing) and on IP matters, in particular trademarks and designs.

I trained professionals on legal issues in the past and have been teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students since 2019.
