Estelle Simon is a Professor of Practice at emlyon business school, where she teaches consulting and entrepreneurship. Drawing on nearly twenty years of experience as a strategy consultant, manager and educator, she designs experiential learning that bridges academic insight with the realities of organisations.
Before joining emlyon full-time, Estelle spent five years at EY Advisory, advising public and private organisations on strategy, economic development and transformation projects. She then served as Director of Economic Strategy and Marketing at Saint-Étienne Métropole, where she led major territorial development and multi-stakeholder governance projects.
Since 2016, she has run her own consulting practice, supporting companies, public organisations and nonprofits in strategic development, organisational transformation and collective decision-making. Alongside her consulting work, she has taught in leading French business schools for more than twelve years and has long coached entrepreneurs and student entrepreneurs. She is particularly interested in supporting entrepreneurial initiatives that combine innovation with positive social and environmental impact. ;
