Originally specialized in career theory and the evolution of employment relationships, I also conducted research on resistance phenomena within organizations and alternative management practices. Following 12 years on the Executive Board of emlyon business school, my research agenda gradually evolved toward the Future of Management Education, with a particular focus on Purpose-Driven Management Education. My current research focuses on three main areas: (1) Early Career Researchers in Management Education, (2) Purpose-Driven Organizations and Higher Education Institutions, and (3) the Future of Work, including its HR challenges and emerging trends. My research is primarily based on qualitative methodologies and action research.
