After 12 years as members of Emlyon executive I refocused my research on the Future of Management Education and on Purpose Management Education and Purpose Corporations and Purpose Business Schools. I am also studying the future of work with a focus on HR challenges. I mainly use qualitative approaches and action research. I am also studying the future of work.
