Hao Yang’s research investigates AI in finance and the economics of algorithms. His work develops economically grounded frameworks to study algorithmic coordination in financial markets and to inform effective regulation. Previously, he was a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He has presented his research at leading academic conferences and workshops.
