Expertise

I am an Associate Professor of Organisational Psychology and Behaviour at emlyon business school and member of the Behavioural Research in Organisations (BRIO) Centre. My research focuses on mindsets (people's lay beliefs), self-regulation, well-being, as well as leadership and career development. I have published my research in outlets such as the Journal of Management, The Leadership Quarterly, the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Applied Psychology, and Harvard Business Review.

I am currently an Associate Editor for Applied Psychology and serve on the Editorial Advisory Board for Career Development International. I am also currently teaching Organisational Behaviour and Leadership (Programme Grande École), Leadership and Followership (Global DBA), and Management Skills (International MBA).

Prior to emlyon, I received my Ph.D. from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and have worked in the education, construction, and medical sectors.
