Expertise

I am an Associate Professor in Strategic Human Resource Management and a member of the Organizations, Critical and Ethnographic (oce) perspectives research center.

My doctoral dissertation was based on a three-year participant observation of the collaboration between permanent employees and external workers (including temporary workers, interns, and service providers) in a multinational company's headquarters. This research was published in Revue Française de Gestion, Gérer et Comprendre, and Négociations.

Collective research conducted at the oce research center was published on social dialogue, territory as a resource for solidarity, and collective ethics at work.

My current projects examine the tensions between collective bargaining and the individualization of the employment relationship in the current context of reproduction of inequalities (social class, gender, ethnic origin). How to get collective achievements in a fragmented and unequal workplace?
