Expertise

I obtained my PhD at University Lyon 3, and I am now Associate Professor in Marketing at emlyon, where I primarily teach customer experience.

My research interests include services marketing, service recovery, and humor in marketing. I published my research in several academic journals, including Journal of Advertising, Journal of Interactive Marketing, and Journal of Service Research, among others. I currently sit on the editorial boards of Journal of Service Research and Journal of Interactive Marketing.
