I am an HR scholar and practitioner whose career has been dedicated to connecting academic research with organizational realities. Throughout my professional journey, I have alternated between leadership roles in Human Resources and teaching, research and consulting activities, with the conviction that theory and practice are mutually enriching.
I hold a PhD in Human Resource Management, focusing on role tensions and organizational commitment in healthcare organizations. My research experience includes academic publications, conference presentations and an international research stay at Leeds University. :
Alongside my academic work, I have held HR management positions within major international organizations, including Northrop Grumman, Amazon and Framatome, where I supported managers and executives in addressing strategic people challenges.
I later founded my own HR consulting and training firm, working with organizations on leadership, talent management, career development and HR transformation. This entrepreneurial experience has further strengthened my commitment to developing actionable knowledge that creates value for both individuals and organizations. Having taught at emlyon business school in 2012 and again since 2021, I am delighted to join the faculty as a permanent professor and to contribute to shaping responsible, reflective and impactful leaders.
