I earned my PhD in Industrial Engineering from École Centrale Paris and my HDR from INSA Lyon. I spent fifteen years at emlyon Business School—progressing from Assistant to Full Professor and directied the QUANT research center—before serving as Full Professor at ESCP Business School, where I founded the AI & DM research center. Starting from September 2025, I return to emlyon Business School as Full Professor in Operations, Data & AI. My research blends qualitative case studies with quantitative modeling to transform supply chains: I show how RFID cuts costs, boosts inventory turnover, and raises service levels; pioneer omnichannel strategies; and leverage machine learning for dynamic fulfillment, routing optimization, and tackling Inventory Record Inaccuracy.
