Expertise
Yasamin Mahmoudi is a doctoral student and research assistant under the supervision of Professor Yan Alperovych. She completed her master’s degree in Economic Systems Planning at the National University of Iran. Throughout her master's programs she learned wide range of methodological approaches in economics, all including system dynamics modelling and structural analyses, as well as advanced machine learning techniques such as NLP, LLMs, and reinforcement learning.
Beyond her academic qualifications, she has worked as a course instructor in Python programming and data analysis, and as a financial data analyst at Adonis, the largest banking services development company in Iran. Currently, her research projects focus more on evaluating the venture capital market through the lens of policy restructuring
