Originally from China, I hold Master’s degrees in Digital Communication Management from BI Norwegian Business School, in Business Communication from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg. My current research focuses primarily on Human-Machine Interaction (HMI), platformization, Consumer Culture Theory (CCT), the Stereotype Content Model (SCM), and related areas. I am also interested in how platform features and recommendation algorithms reshape traditional cultural practices and contribute to new cultural trends.
