Abstract

While the French wine market has relied on protected indications for the past two centuries, Julien Bengué and Adrien Pélissié founded Winerie Parisienne in 2015 with the willingness to reinvent the wine sector. Building their strategy on the Anglo-Saxon winery model and betting on the winemaking expertise, the two founders have opened the first urban winery in Paris since the 1970s and sell their wine under the « Winerie Parisienne » brand. In 2017, they seized the opportunity to plant vines in the Parisian region to reinvigorate the wine activity of this region and reconnect with its history. ("résumé de l'éditeur")
