Expertise

I teach negotiation as a management skill and conflict management - in other words, anything but sales negotiation. At the school, I am coordinating courses on the topic in different programs, from undergraduate to executive. I am passionate about pedagogical innovation.

In terms of research, my areas of interest are:

  • Negotiation theory.
  • Negotiation in legal contexts (litigation, management of business conflicts, negotiated dispute resolution).
  • Negotiation and strategy (the negotiating organization).
  • Hybrid warfare, i.e., war by non-kinetic means: system resilience and crisis settings.
