I am a consumer researcher and an associate professor at emlyon business school. My areas of expertise are taste practices, market dynamics, and the socio-cultural dimensions of consumption.
My research articles have been published in international and French academic journals such as The Journal of Consumer Research, Marketing Theory, Consumption, Markets and Culture, and Recherche et Applications en Marketing. My research has also been published or quoted in mainstream media outlets such as The Conversation, Libération, Reporterre, and Tribune de Lyon.
As part of my research activities, I build bridges between academia and institutions. I have coordinated a research project on prison food that is supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty and the Ministry of Justice.
