Christophe HAAG

Chris is a Professor (HDR) at emlyon business school and a researcher in social psychology. His work focuses on emotions, intuition, and emotional intelligence — explored through books for the general public, peer-reviewed articles, and talks.

His mission is clear: make science accessible and foster a more human-centered way of living and working. Inspired by people with extraordinary experiences — astronauts, treasure hunters, survivors — he translates their lessons into insights for everyday life and organizations.

Chris co-founded Génération QE, which develops scientifically validated emotional intelligence tests. With his team, he created QEPro (used and certified by hundreds of coaches and psychologists) and its generalized version, QEg.

He regularly gives talks for leading organizations such as Disney, Sanofi, Hermès, Air France, Apicil, BNP Paribas, public organizations… and frequently appears in the media (TV, radio, press) to share his insights on emotions and emotional intelligence.
