In his research, he examines entrepreneurial decision-making in a societal context. His quantitative research explores questions such as how greed shapes behavior in new ventures, how entrepreneurs respond to uncertainty and crises, and how sustainability-oriented ventures can scale to generate meaningful impact. His work has been published in the Journal of Management and is supported by the Joachim Herz Foundation.
In his teaching, he emphasizes active learning, critical thinking, and bridging academic rigor with real-world entrepreneurial practice. He has developed and taught courses on entrepreneurship, including a course on scaling entrepreneurial ventures.
