Expertise

I am a Professor of Accounting, Corporate Finance, Management Control and Corporate Governance. The subject of my Ph.D was shareholder annual general meetings. I was head of the emlyon business school Global BBA program from 2014 to 2017 and contributed to getting it off the ground.

Since 2017, I have been the head of the Executive Education programs addressing different audiences: middle managers (General Management Program), executives (Running a Business), boards (Becoming a Woman Board Member, Chairing a Committee).

I participated in creating a number of different courses including a fully online program for middle managers.

I am also a consultant in corporate governance, offering advice to listed companies for the last fifteen years.
