Lotta HARJU

My research focuses on people in organizations. I work broadly on topics around mental health at work and work behaviors in teams and organizations using both qualitative and advanced statistical methods. I obtained my PhD from KU Leuven (Belgium) and Aalto University School of Science (Finland). Prior to joining emlyon business school, I worked at the School of Business and Economics at Vrije University Amsterdam, and Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. I also have several years of experience in R&D and consulting with a focus on developing employee well-being and leadership in both public and private sector organizations.
