I am an Associate Professor of Marketing at emlyon business school. My research focuses on the use of marketing tools to improve consumers' wellbeing, more specifically in improving healthy food consumption and reducing food waste. One of my published works received the prestigious Thomas C. Kinnear Award for my lasting contribution in marketing and public policy. I teach consumer behavior, marketing principles and marketing research.
