Expertise

As an Economist, I teach Strategy, the role of companies in society and the responsibility of business leaders.

My research covers practical and political dimensions of corporate governance in connection with the economic decisions taken.

I contribute to public discourse around these issues, featuring regularly in the media and I write a monthly column in Le Monde.

I drafted the Référentiel pour une gouvernance raisonnable des entreprises and was closely involved in drawing up the number one governance code for Middlenext companies on the French market.

In 2011, I was elected President of the French Society of Management, serving until 2013.

I sit on a number of boards of private companies and scientific committees of public agencies.
