Professor at emlyon business school, Doctor in Management, researcher in organizational behavior, Associate Professor in Economics and Management, and certified coach, I contribute to the development of knowledge and practices in organizational psychology and human relations at work. My research, which has been awarded several prizes, focuses on feelings of justice, fulfillment, and leadership development. I lead behavioral transformation programs for individuals, teams, and organizations. I share my work at conferences, publishe columns in the media, run a blog, and I have written several books.
